SciGene sells direct to customers in the United States and Canada. Orders may be placed by mail, telephone, fax or email. Please consult any SciGene price list for terms and conditions.

For International Customers

International orders may be placed through one of our authorized distributors. If your country is not listed, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Domestic Terms and Conditions

All orders should include buyer name and contact information and price quotation number, if applicable. Orders will be confirmed by a SciGene representative prior to shipment.

Pricing is shown in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. To receive a price quotation, contact the Sales Department at 800-342-2119 (USA only) or 408-733-7337, option 5.

Products are shipped FOB Sunnyvale, CA via UPS ground (or equivalent) or using the level of service specified by purchaser at time of order placement. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges which are prepaid and added to invoice.

Purchaser is responsible for all state and local taxes which are prepaid and added to invoice. Tax-free institutions in California must have a tax exempt certificate on file.
