New Processor for Agilent Microarrays
Automates Washing and Centrifugal Drying of DNA Microarrays

Little Dipper Processor for Agilent ArraysSeptember 11, 2007, Sunnyvale, CA — SciGene has introduced a new version of its Little Dipper Microarray Processor for use with all types of Agilent DNA microarrays.

The Processor arrives ready to run with all necessary hardware components and Agilent recommended protocols installed; for reproducible washing and drying of CGH, gene expression, miRNA and ChIP-chip arrays.

To operate, simply add Agilent buffers, press start on the touch screen and load the rack of arrays; the instrument does the rest. The Little Dipper Microarray Processor can also be easily configured and programmed to perform Illumina, NimbleGen and self-spotted arrays, as well as FISH procedures.
